Alexandra Regens , worse type of Doctor you could ever receive. Acts like a child and has absolutely no accountability for her actions! When she messes up ,your clearly at fault! So ask yourself if that's the truly the person you want your livelihood in their hands!

I was supposed to have a procedure done to help with my painful varicose veins. I was told to go home and wait for someone to call to schedule the procedure. About 3 or 4 weeks later I got a letter from the insurance company saying they wont cover the surgery because its not medically necessary. I called the office 3 times to try to figure out what was going on and all I keep getting is a message to leave my name and number. It has been close to a week now and nobody has gotten back to me to let me know whats going on. I am ... read more
