I was supposed to have a procedure done to help with my painful varicose veins. I was told to go home and wait for someone to call to schedule the procedure. About 3 or 4 weeks later I got a letter from the insurance company saying they wont cover the surgery because its not medically necessary. I called the office 3 times to try to figure out what was going on and all I keep getting is a message to leave my name and number.
