This was an absolute nightmare! Do NOT go here! Dr. Richard Mooney MD Obstetrician-Gynecologist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was horrible. I had a hysterectomy which caused my cervix and bladder to prolapse. I was at a stage 4 prolapse amd Dr. MOONEY assured me he could fix it. If I could give OU minus one star I would. I got up and went into the office for my procedure only to be told that the office staff I complained to OU about yesterday had cancelled my procedure. Make sure you keep your mouth shut if someone at the desk is rude to you or you will not get the care you were scheduled for. I saw Tamara Poteet today, I absolutely felt very comfortable talking to her and she was very professional and gave me options. I had a little issue and she had to get Dr. Hare to come in, he is very professional and they both explained everything to where I could understand.
I see Lavinia with OU Women’s Health PT and she is amazing 10/10 she is great. She is great with all my issues and communication! Highly recommend.
I like the nurses care they were very kind. But the doctor was not helpful at all and only did the bare minimum doesn't seem like he cares about his patients well being.
