I was so disappointed by the head doctor; the resident who I felt was likely rushed by the same person to do one of the more awkward review of systems I've ever had. I was treated poorly - asked why I even had a referral in the first place. practically gaslit out of what constitutes a sausage finger. Ridiculous. they are obviously in no hurry to schedule your appointment if referred here. got tired of waiting and wasting time so scheduled with another practice.

Same as other reviewers, I keep getting the run around every time I call. It’s been about a month. First call I made, they said their system needs time to process the referral, call back in a week. Second time they say they didn’t get the referral. Third time I call, they’ve got it now and it needs to be processed. A week later I call, it’s still waiting to be processed. Both women on the phone seem incompetent at their jobs. No longer interested in seeing this provider.

I have been given the run around multiple times. My referral was sent by my doctor on February 5th and every time I call it’s this doctor is on vacation or it has been sent to a different doctor. I just want to schedule an appointment!!!!!
