Had an appointment at 10:15am and its almost 11:40am now and the plastics surgeon still hasnt done an assessment yet. We seen her for a minute for her to get acquainted with us and her attitude was pure trash. Which is why we changed from the previous plastic surgery in this same place. Mind you every other department in this building has been amazing to us.
This clinic is absolutely CARELESS. From the front office to the providers. Absolutely disappointing. No true care or passion to help out patients here.
Appointment at 1215. Got there at 12 wasn't seen by doctor until 220 and then only spent 7 minutes in room with me. Didn't want to hear my concerns or issues. Horrible bed side mannor and down ride rude.
I had some issues with administration but having Dr.Mims as my surgeon was a very successful experience. I highly recommend him.
I totally recommend them. It was the best experience I have ever had. The clinic is very caring and helpful sure you might have to wait to be seem but that should tell you they are good the Dr's don't walk in and walk out.
