Had an appointment time but sat for over an hour when asked if they where behind the lady said they weren't but there was about 5 people that came in after me and went straight in. They had people come in that had appointments on cards but not in their computer. Horrible experience they only care about the money.

The neurologist my elderly mother had seen was great. But they never informed me, her caretaker, that they were leaving OU. I never received a letter, a call - NOTHING! Only found out the day of the last appt. Do better OU!

Had an appointment at 12:30…it’s 2:22pm and still in the room waiting to see the doctor. Utterly ridiculous. I came to OU after Integris hospital and Norman Regional kept giving me the run around, not wanting to help the patient only suck your insurance dry, including Insurance Fraud. If this is the best OU, Norman Regional, and Integris hospital, clinic, doctors can do for Oklahoma City patients….I’ll go to the Mayo Clinic.
