The nurses don't care ,ask them a question and the answer is I don't know. Waited 16 hours to get treatment. The doctors are not any better.
Arrogant and rude- I went to him because my primary doctor(Dr. Sacket) was booked. He undermined my primary care doctor by his negative comment he had when he briefly looked at my patient records- making me feel like I wasn't being treated correctly by Dr. Sacket. Dr. Douglas prescribed me new medications, told me to give them about a month to start working and if they didn't to call him- that was when the nightmare began. She has been taking care of my son and she calls you back personally when you need to let them know what's going on. She is the only doctor that has cared in a long time. You just don't find that anymore.
FAMILY MEDICINE-OU PHYSICIANS FAMILY MEDICINE CENTER ARE SOME VERY COOL DOCTOR'S AND NURSE'S CAUSE THEY DO TRUELY CARE. CAUSE I GO THERE AS I HAVE MS AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES AND I'VE ALWAY'S BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND CARE. AND ONE OF MY DR'S IS DR.VALENTINE AND HE IS VERY CARING I LIKE HIM.
I hate to write negative reviews, but I have 2 co-workers who had similar experiences at this OU dermatology clinic, so thought I would share and maybe save you some frustration. BTW, my co-workers did not go the same dr. that I did. I went here because my primary physician referred me. It was the first place he could get me an appointment and he suspected I had shingles (NO- I'm not a little old lady!) I don't think Dr. Garcia even once looked me in the eye. My Dad walked into Autumn life using a walker, was feeding himself, talking and continent. He left there malnourished, over-medicated, terribly confused, not walking, incontinent and so weak that he could not use his tongue to talk. What is even more tragic is that he would tell us (before he became so weak) that "I need to leave here" when we were "ALLOWED IN" to see him ONLY 2 hours in the evening.
