So many of these past reviews are from people who want to lose the weight but not do the work and thats sad for them. This is an amazing program. A tough program. Best in Oklahoma. The doctors are great. You have to do urine tests. Yes you have to lose weight and demonstrate that you have what it takes to be successful after weight loss surgery. They make sure of that. If this is something you truly want then you'll work for it.

My son was referred to this clinic for bariatric and Gall bladder surgery surgery. It took a month and multiple calls from me to them to hear back from them. There was no consultation or visit, they never even spoke to my son. They finally called me and told me that at 567lbs, my son would need to lose 150lbs on his own before they would do weightloss surgery because their beds only support 600lbs. If my son could lose 150lbs on his own, why would he need bariatric surgery? This was a very hard decision for him. He has strug... read more

I went in for my first consultation I went and I seen Jennifer the nurse practitioner and then I went and seen the The dietitian when I first got there they tolded me that they needed some urine I said okay the nurse asked me if I could go to the restroom and I told her I didn't have to go right at that moment she asked me if I could drink some water I told her yes at the end of both consultation I told them we had a problem that I did not have to go to the restroom and that I had another appointment at 11:00 all the way in ... read more

Wasted a year of my life. Never even met surgeon. Now I'm in heart failure . My new Bariatric doctor is moving swiftly to get me in surgery .OU failed to send over ALL of my records, just trying to delay me even further, but I am totally fine re doing some of the tests. Want my surgery in the Spring or Summer anyway. Kris and Caitli were the rudest.but Terrrri was rude as well. Go somewhere else, And OU Hospital is nasty. Two thumbs down.... They are very arrogant and think they are the only game in town.
