I had to leave at least 1 star. These people don't follow through, and they are unorganized. Never even made my first appointment due to the scary level of unprofessional contact that I had over the phone. EDIT. I didn't go through the scheduling the way they insisted it had to be done and just called and said I need to schedule an appointment, when they attempted to say only this person does the scheduling I stated that has not worked I've waited 4 months for an appointment, got scheduled. It took two months to get in the first time, then they rescheduled two appointments after that. Then when I needed a refill on my stomach pain medicine they couldn't seem to find the prescription on my file and his nurse never called me back, still waiting to hear from them a week later.
Cannot reach the Gi department no pre medicine for preparation no follow up .....missing another Colonoscopy. No directions 6:30 cancel Thursday no comfortable with communication and follow-up.
I had any problems with the OU physician's I know a lot of people may complain but I don't
