The staff here is wonderful. Despite my being late due to going to the wrong building, as well as issues related to prior authorizations, my appointment time got passed by. However, several members of the medical staff rearranged their schedules to make sure I was still seen the same day. Special thanks to Brooke at the front window, Stacy, the primary nurse, Chris, who performed the echo, and Paulina, the PA. This kind of individualized care (outside of the actual medical care) seems to be the exception, not the rule.
