Out of all the CUs and banks I have used, this by far is the most raggedy financial institution I have encountered. They do not comply with the fair credit reporting act. They backdate late fees and their system is outdated and junky. Also, last time I talked to them over the phone, they informed me that since my payment was not RECEIVED by them in their account (not paid), that my payment is considered late. Also, I asked them to show me where in my loan documents this was stated, and it was crickets from them.
I’ve called for SIX DAYS WHY DOES NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE OR ARE THEY CLOSED WITH THE GOV?!??!!??? How do I make an official complaint on this bank? It should be closed
Hands down the best in the business! I have been a loyal member for 10 years now and the team at OUFCU are the standard in customer service! A huge thank you to Olivia in the loan department and all their help.
This is a horrible institution. Customer service is nonexistent. It takes on average 20 minutes to pay your loan. I will be going to another bank going forward. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
