I worked with Olivia to get a loan for a car and the process was so easy. She is so nice and was patient with all my questions and really looked out for me throughout this purchase. Amazing service and would work with her again!
You might be tempted to open an account with OUFCU due to the convenience. I strongly recommend against it due to their predatory fees, terrible customer service, and relatively poor rates. I was charged a $15/month dormancy fee, which drained my checking account without my knowledge. While being charged, I had no online access to my account and was never warned that my account was dormant.
