This bank is amazing. We refinanced our Jeep with them. It was such an easy process and everyone is so very nice. Their loan department is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for being such a great place to bank!!!
NOBODY EVER ANSWERS ANY PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE. NOBODY CARES ABOUT THAT. Communication is IMPOSSIBLE.
I received a check for mowing someone's yard and they wrote me a check they are understaffed and said have to join membership which I don't mind or the $5 fee but 15 to 20 mins is ridiculous! So I left went back today bc I have the 20 mins to wait and they tell me a loan officer won't be there til 10 so be after 10 to cash my check like this is ridiculous. Take ur business elsewhere
