My wife and I were so proud to get our OU debit cards. We'd just moved to Norman to be closer to the Sooners, and naturally, opening accounts at OU Federal Credit Union on Lyndsey St. in Norman, was a giving. We've never been so wrong about something our entire lives. A complete NIGHTMARE!!! They make there own rules at OU Fed Bank in Norman. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. 10 attempts of calling just to get a payment made. No one ever answers the phone. I feel like these positive reviews are incentive based because those kind words are NOT how I would describe how this bank runs their business. This is NOT an easy bank to bank with. This bank would be better off shutting its doors.
This bank is amazing. We refinanced our Jeep with them. It was such an easy process and everyone is so very nice. Their loan department is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for being such a great place to bank!!!
NOBODY EVER ANSWERS ANY PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE. NOBODY CARES ABOUT THAT. Communication is IMPOSSIBLE.
