Let’s start with the fact that my son’s neurologist is fantastic. We love her. However what I have a problem with is that when they tell you at appointments to call and discuss an issues immediately it sends you to this nurses line. My son is almost out of his meds and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. The lady in scheduling said all she can do is send me to the nurses line and I’ve never had any luck with them. Find a different neurology unit for your child. My son was put on a life medication and then stops refills after years of taking a medication you just can’t stop cold turkey. I think they need to remember just exactly why they have a practice and all those titles and certificates mean absolutely nothing to a child needing care. After Nurse Mrs. B and Dr. Purcarian left it’s went down hill and the ceo Mr Lofgren needs to find a new director of neurology.

My daughter was referred to this office for seizures. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told they would contact me in 8-10 weeks to schedule.

The receptionist I’ve dealt with this morning did not actively listen that when you transfer to the nurses line it cuts you off 3 seconds into leaving a message. She also griped at me that she can’t do much. When I called again the call was dropped and I’ve been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes with a very annoying message over and over . Also the lady had an attitude not helpful and your guys messaging system doesn’t even let you leave a message . DAUGHTER WAS REFERRED HERE 2 YEARS AGO AND HAS ONLY BEEN SEEN TWICE. CANNOT GET A CALL BACK WHEN LEAVING A VOICEMAIL AND CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER. VERY INCONSIDERATE SEEING THAT THEY ARE FOR CHILDREN . MY DAUGHTER HAS CHRONIC PAIN TO THE POINT SHE WAS PUT IN A PYSCH UNIT . WAITED 6 MONTHS TO GET IN THAN THEY CALLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS OUT.
