If I could give OU minus one star I would. I got up and went into the office for my procedure only to be told that the office staff I complained to OU about yesterday had cancelled my procedure. Make sure you keep your mouth shut if someone at the desk is rude to you or you will not get the care you were scheduled for. I saw Tamara Poteet today, I absolutely felt very comfortable talking to her and she was very professional and gave me options. I had a little issue and she had to get Dr. Hare to come in, he is very professional and they both explained everything to where I could understand.
I see Lavinia with OU Women’s Health PT and she is amazing 10/10 she is great. She is great with all my issues and communication! Highly recommend.
I like the nurses care they were very kind. But the doctor was not helpful at all and only did the bare minimum doesn't seem like he cares about his patients well being.
My wife had a major surgery with Dr. Quiroz who practices at this business. The surgery was a complex one with multiple issues to be resolved. I was pleased with her pre-op care and attention and with the updates I received during the procedure. The after care by her staff was atrocious. We called at 8:30am on the Monday following her Thursday surgery with serious questions regarding the side affects she was experiencing. After 4pm her "associate" finally returned our call.
