Dr. Walter, Whitney Hunter and the rest of the staff saved my life. Dr. Walter actually listens to what I have to say about my own body and he reacts accordingly. Smiles and caring is the atmosphere here at Stephenson Cancer Center. That attitude goes along way when you are at the worst point in your life. The communication between staff members could use a little working on but any problems that come up are quickly resolved. Life changing service. The care and quality of the Drs and staff here are second to none.
I've had a great experience with ou except for one person. Her name is Danielle. She works on the second floor of the cancer center. They do send a rides and advantage program etc in that area. Danielle has been rude to me since the first time I called for a send a ride. I matched her energy and was rude back. There was no excuse for me to be rude back but don't treat ppl that way. It's unprofessional and childish.
