I am giving this place a 0. My mom had to wait 2.5 weeks to get her biopsy results. Then she had an appointment with her oncologist the day before her first chemo treatment, we were waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. My dad receives chemo through Integris and we have NEVER had to wait like this. My parents were cold and they didn't do anything. Finally, the doctor came in and said she was having a crazy day. And we were unlucky because we were the last appointment. Her computer wasn't working so she couldn't show us... read more

I've been going here for 2 years. My appt has been canceled the day of. I cannot get a single person to give a solution. They are saying I am out of network, I am not. My insurance, Oscar, contracts through Cigna for transplant related appointments. OU doesn't understand and EVERY appt there is an issue they don't understand. This incompetency is affecting my health negatively. I have trust in Dr Al-Juhaishi, but I do not trust in OU administration, management, nursing, ect.... My insurance company has called to explain to O... read more

After the doctor found a lesion, he said, " If I was going to do a biopsy, it would be on that one". Yet he didn't order a biopsy, or... read more

Dr. Walter, Whitney Hunter and the rest of the staff saved my life. Dr. Walter actually listens to what I have to say about my own body and he reacts accordingly. Smiles and caring is the atmosphere here at Stephenson Cancer Center. That attitude goes along way when you are at the worst point in your life. The communication between staff members could use a little working on but any problems that come up are quickly resolved. I ask for all my blood work results and CT scan results for my own personal reasons. I always have a... read more
