The blood cancer doctor is awesome and very professional. We truly appreciate all the staff's kindness and caring. This is a well designed and thoughtful building. Parking garage attached to the building so we can park on the same floor and walk directly to our clinic. There are arts displayed on the walls and desks to keep your mind out of the ache and pain.
They do not care. They are check the box doctors and staff and will let you die and not think twice.
I am giving this place a 0. My mom had to wait 2.5 weeks to get her biopsy results. Then she had an appointment with her oncologist the day before her first chemo treatment, we were waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. My dad receives chemo through Integris and we have NEVER had to wait like this. My parents were cold and they didn't do anything. Finally, the doctor came in and said she was having a crazy day. I've been going here for 2 years. My appt has been canceled the day of. I cannot get a single person to give a solution. They are saying I am out of network, I am not. My insurance, Oscar, contracts through Cigna for transplant related appointments. OU doesn't understand and EVERY appt there is an issue they don't understand.
