I dont ever give 1 star reviews. But I purchased some t-shirts from this store. And after washing them 1 time the seems are coming unraveled. Believing this could be a 1 time issue of quality, I called the store to inquire. I was met with hostility and told there is nothing that can be done. I was told that the washing machine most likely caused the damage. I have never had that issue before. It seems like poor quality merchandise and poor management.
On 6/23/24 approximately 2:50 pm I came in for a great experience of the OU sports store on campus corner. What I got in the 5 min I was there was listening to one of the workers…. and I wish I had his name, he was a black gentleman, speaking totally unprofessionally about many things. The previous customers that were in there apparently needed a bathroom to change an infants diaper and I get policy is policy.
