I recently attended Otway Optical for my 2 yearly eye test, which was conveniently bulk billed to Medicare for me. Not only were the ladies at the front counter very friendly and efficient, but the actual optometrist, Miss Mary Knight, who did my tests, was nothing short of very professional and also a very lovely person to deal with, which made my experience, once again at Otway Optical nothing short of 5 star. I lost my specs while on holiday here with my wife (stupidly let the waves knock them off my face) and felt really awful coz my power is really high, can’t see much or drive without them. Just wanna say Kathryn was soooo helpful on the phone and went above and beyond what she needed to do to help us out.
