Bought online. Telephone team at Otty were very helpful, great customer service, explained the various options available and helped make sure that the delivery would arrive when I needed it (i.e. before mother-in-law arrived!). Mattress is very comfortable.

Amazingly comfortable mattress!
Having slept on our Otty mattress for 10 weeks, we have experienced a noticeable improvement in our sleep patterns. Ordering and delivery were easy and the possibility to return the mattress made life easier too. We won't be; we're enjoying the change.
