We've had a terrible experience with this shop. My car sat untouched for six weeks, they never answer the phone and rarely call back. The body repairs took only two days to finish once my husband went in person to find out what was going on. Our insurance had to get involved multiple times to put pressure on them to do the work. The car was released to us with incomplete work and a damaged replacement tire. I have been going to Ott's for 11 years. There is no one I trust more with vehicle repairs. Steve can fix anything and is a pro at body work. I've had him do everything from basic repairs, to painting, to major body work and welding.
Did the things others would not touch very knowledgeable Steve cut a lug nut out of my rim without damage other than paint on the rim.
They're fantastic and fair - great experience bringing my cars here!
