This experience was truly disappointing, and I’m not recommend it. The check-in time was strictly after 3 PM, which was not an issue for us as we departed from Victoria. However, the email clearly stated that if we discovered any issues after checking in, we needed to contact the company immediately. I checked the property at around 4:50pm and tried calling, but there was no answer. Moreover, the next day was a Sunday. We hired our house out through this company for approximately 6 years. We decided we wanted to put our house up on the market through this company as we were loyal customers. A few weeks later we travelled up to our holiday house for the Easter weekend. We always do a thorough clean ourselves before we leave and get a post clean through the company as well. This time the company decided to charge as $400 for a post clean! When all other cleans had been $120. We were told the cleaners spent 9 hours at our house… cleaning it …... read more
