As of now Otto's has been closed for yrs. It has had few names over the yrs . The latest was Martinez family rest. Closed now also.
Awesome restaraunt.
Friendly staff, decent Friday Fish Fry. The place is in need of a tidy up. Not dirty, just old. We enjoyed ourselves, wasn't wowed. May go back.
