Overall a good experience and helpful sales rep. Would recommend Downtown Subaru in Toronto for picking up a second vehicle as there wasn't much of a price budge. As someone from out of town, it's exhausting having a back and forth email exchange.
Disappointed today. Took one month to get the service appointment (fleet vehicle but that shouldn’t matter). Primary maintenance check completed and replaced heat clamp. I had informed of a persistent noise regarding brakes (front right). They called fleet to get approval and told me it was Unauthorized for the brake job (1 mm). I am now at KalTire (same day) and in my fleet vehicle client profile it shows the work WAS AUTHORIZED for Subaru to do.
