What a fantastic experience with Michael Dixson buying a Countryman. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and spent a ton of time going over our new ride. Since we have not owned a MINI in a while it made us feel more comfortable with our purchase. All the other employees were so kind and helpful while we were there. It truly was the best experience we have ever had buying a car!
What a great place to do business. They were super friendly, greeted me in the drivelane and had amazing communication.
Once again was that time of the year. Pa. Inspection. Once again with extra needs. Oil change. Brakes. Broken parts. Got a loaner Vehicle. Got all fixed. Needed battery but got it elsewhere. Once again another year of Mini Ha Ha getting her best for new year. Another new year an inspection again. Already didn't have me as waiting and offer Uber. Told had 8:15 service and waiting. 1. communication is terrible, no updates on a multi-day service. 2. charged for an emissions test that was not performed. 3. charged for an oil service even when under the 3-year program.
Customer service is absolutely horrible I brought in my Mimi Cooper on a Friday I was told it would be done on the following Monday. So I then call looking to speak to my service advisor Caroline, I made my first call at 11am no answer, I then called around every hour looking to speak to her still having no answers from her.At this point I’m thinking she must be amish because she’s never picking up the phone.Finally after numerous hours of calling she’s called me back at 3:38pm (I called 14 times) Telling me my car won’t be ... read more
