The employees here are wonderful. Have had to take care of us twice and we were very happy with the service both times.
I was really happy with the service at Ottos Collision on Laperriere Avenue. The front desk staff answered my questions politely and handled my insurance matters for me. I thought the process would be more onerous than it was. Thank you! Great service!
I have a Subaru and so, when I wanted to repair a few parking lot dents I went to Subaru Collision first for a quote. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait. Not the end of the world, but then then the assessor was uncooperative, and acted like I was stupid when I asked a few questions. Finally she said they don't repair any rust not even surface rust because it might come back. The total bill would have been close to 3000 $ for 2 loonie dized dents.
