I’m writing to express my complete frustration and disappointment with the silver level detail service I received. I booked my appointment over a week ago for my 2022 Hyundai Kona and arrived early at 9:30 a.m. I was told the car would be ready by 2 p.m., yet I wasn’t able to pick it up until 4:45 p.m.—nearly eight hours later. Exceptional service from Otto's Collision. They worked magic and I am truly appreciative. My BMW X3 is again scratchless and in mint condition.
We took my wife's car in for some collision repair. We were greeted with friendly staff who were very knowledgeable. Angela and her staff were super and made me and my wife feel at ease. We picked up my wife's car and she was very happy with the work. She keeps on telling me that it feels and looks like a new car. The paint matched beautifully. Great job by all the staff. The employees here are wonderful. Have had to take care of us twice and we were very happy with the service both times.
