I bought a 2019 Honda accord sport from Ottomattic motors had a little cosmetic damage but car looked very nice clean.. March 5th 2025. Not even a week after having the car all kinds of lights came on I took the car back to dealer he was very kind and assured me he (Mr Otto) would fix the problem.. I got all kinds of documentation concerning every issue I had with the car since I’ve had it!!! I had the best experience at this dealership!!! Ms. Deedee and Marvin, made me feel at home answered all the questions I had about the car I purchased and even some in the premises! I have my dream car and having their customer service be A++++ helped the process of purchasing my beauty! I really want to say thank to them both!!! I have such a quality car!!!
