I have a VW GLI and I wanted to disconnect the fake engine sound. I checked with several places to try to get this done, to no avail. Ottohaus took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes for me. This is the best garage for VW, Mercedes BMW, ect. They always check your vehicle thoroughly. Best service, knowledgeable techs, I recommend them to anyone who has this type vehicle.
Staff is courteous, prices are well below what the dealership charges for the same service.
Called on March 16th and spoke to Jill, I was advised to send an email stating what issues I was having with my vehicle for an estimate to be drawn up by a technician. I followed up that same day via a phone call to make sure my email was received, Jill confirmed it was. Its now been 2 weeks and still no contact regarding my estimate, needless to say I went elsewhere, what a shame...
