Called on March 16th and spoke to Jill, I was advised to send an email stating what issues I was having with my vehicle for an estimate to be drawn up by a technician. I followed up that same day via a phone call to make sure my email was received, Jill confirmed it was. Its now been 2 weeks and still no contact regarding my estimate, needless to say I went elsewhere, what a shame...
I was charged $167 for a diagnostic and scheduled the repair for two weeks later. I was told a sensor needed to be replaced and quoted $400, which seemed high. When I brought the car back for repair, I was told something else was wrong and they couldn't fix it. They had no issues charging me another $335 when they didn't fix anything. Over $500 and nothing to show for it except being told I could pay another $3300 to replace something else they say is now wrong. Recently purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 and knew the only place I should take it for routine care and maintenance was Ottohaus as their reputation for great service at an affordable price is widely known. I called on a Thursday not expecting to be able to get it in on Friday and when Jill offered Friday for service, I was stoked. Dropped off my car at 8am and picked it up a few hours later.
