Looks like Alex removed my previous review. Alex played middleman on some work to my van, and pretended to be doing the work himself. He over charged me above what we had agreed on when I picked up from his “auxiliary storage” - his apartment parking lot. When that shoddy work ended in significant damage to my van, Alex denied taking responsibility. I had to sue him and I won. Alex didn’t pay for years and played stupid games. Alex at Otto-Ex is honest, in depth, transparent and very knowledgeable. His videos showcase that especially. I’ve learned more from his videos than any body else I can find on the internet. Even when I was looking at vehicles from other dealerships I was using his videos to dictate what I should look for. He is very particular about what vehicles he sources from Japan and will go to Japan to ensure he gets high quality vehicles before shipping them here to the US.
