Purchasing my dream Land Cruiser with Ottoex was an absolute breeze! Their crew handled everything professionally, kept me informed at every step, and delivered faster than expected. Zero stress - just pure satisfaction!
I called, but it went straight to Google voicemail, which was unusual. After 25 minutes, one person returned my call, but they were very irritated and suggested I text him instead. They never responded to any of my messages. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with OttoEx.
OttoEx happens to be just accross town from me. Over the past several years, I have been interested in 2 vehicles and gone out to look at both. The owner is just a super good, honest guy. Though I went in a different direction with my vehicle purchases, I thought it would be helpful to submit a review for any of you considering a purchase from out of state. OttoEx really does import the cleanest, lowest mileage vehicles of any JDM dealer I have dealt with - bar none! I will be doing business with him in the future for sure!
Just picked up a beautiful Toyota Mark II Qualis. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you’re looking for a unique vehicle or have a passion for old clean Toyotas!
