*Top Notch Customer Service* We were traveling from Illinois to the U.P. Michigan on a snowmobile trip and broke a leaf spring on our trailer. Otto Trailer had one in stock. Todd and his crew went above and beyond getting the new spring installed and us on the road again in a short time. Thanks again! Greg

We had blown a bearing on our boat trailer and we were able to get it to Otto Trailer Sales and Service. They were able to get us back up and running in no time. Todd was awesome to work with and was very good at explaining the repair process and pricing ahead of the service. Fast and friendly service at a fair price. Very thankful of Todd Otto for his expertise, ability to repair and make right, and dedication to detail and customer service. If you are a boat owner, this shop will fix your trailer. My Ranger Trail had been experiencing axle and suspension issues for over a year. Earlier in the year, another shop fitted my trailer with an improper axle and this affected my trailering and launching.
