Will always fix the furnace issue. No matter what it takes. And I tell u the man that came to do the repairs was amazing and super knowledgeable, as he could and was shooting me answers to all the questions I had asked him, even with many of them having nothing to do with furnaces but other household equipment. I am very pleased with the level of service I received from this company. Nancy was fantastic to deal with and John is very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problems, had them repaired, and was on his way. I will definitely continue to recommend to my clients. Thanks for the great work!!
Service tech show up at my house and basically make fun of me for not having a full tank of oil. And continue to tell me that's my problem, all while talking to me like I was stupid. Very unprofessional looking and I probably wouldn't of let them in my house anyway. Thanks but no thanks. 0 stars
I had an oil hot water tank and burner installed to replace the very old one that came with my house. They showed up on time, took the time to explain my concerns and questions, and gave advice on future work. From the conversation I heard, you could tell the more experienced gentleman was a good mentor for the younger guy working with him. Will definitely have them back!
