Super late post but needed to write my review. Went to these guys just befor me covid hit. Changed my drive side HUB assembly (if I recall right), after they were done they advised they broke my “speed senso”r. They advised they would cover the labor charge but asked me to pay for the part….Um no, you broke it and I should’ve have to pay anything. Would’ve already have to reschedule work day or time off-I never went back, I changed the speed sensor and light is still on. Maybe they didn’t actually know what part they broke.

I was referred to Otto shop Maui by another mechanic who wasn’t able to take on the work my vehicle needed. After diagnosing the alignment issues, they changed out wheel bearings, control arms and steering dampers, and had my truck back within a few days. On another occasion, they were able to squeeze me in, diagnose and change my starter all within 24 hours. These guys excel at what they do and are a pleasure to work with. Trustworthy and reasonably priced for the hard work they do!

Went in after being ripped off by another shop. They were very friendly and helpful. Did full diagnosis with print out. Showed me what I needed and how much. The world was tough but they persisted on and did a great job within budget. I'm real happy with the work they did. My vehicle has never driven so well. Big Mahalo to Otto and his great staff.

We had body work and paint done by Otto's a few months back.They did a great job! We just took it back for some suspension work and everything went great. They said what they were going to do and did it. Truck drives like new. Great shop!
