The company agreed to take on our high priority Geotech project and failed ever begin working on our project. This project was a critical piece in the permitting process to replace a large retaining wall. Although the communication from their outreach coordinator was good, we were notified every week of either someone being on vacation or a higher priority project that was taking precedence. Other companies did not want to deal with a 'small' project like mine, but Otto Roseneau took me on. They were professional, up front with timing (this stuff is never fast), costing was accurate, and they worked with the wall structural engineer to get all of the details right.
