Would have gladly given 5 stars from previous experiences after being a patient for many years…however upon attempting to return for follow up and previous bias (from what it seems from my mother being a previous patient) was told I could not be seen there since I was a “new” patient. If this is how they treat previous patients and families would not want to be associated with this practice. First they hung up on me after placing me on hold.
