At first I only had a few things wrong. I explained I had a warranty to pay for some items. Then after the initial repair, they continued to come up with more and more things wrong. They knew how the warranty worked and were supposed to claim all items needing repaired lumped together for the inconvenience of them being so unorganized and difficulty with staffing. Revised: I recommended someone there and they acted very prejudice towards them, didn't do the job the first time, and then made zero efforts to remediate the poor customer service and prejudice received. I won't be going back. I was surprised and ashamed that I recommended them as a good autobody shop only for them to recieve that type of treatment.
