Joey was prompt, professional and honest. I would highly recommend.
Called Otto last night with an emergency plumbing situation. He said he would be at property address at 9am. Called him a little after 9 and he said he would be there in 10 minutes. Called him at 10am and he said if we are going to be difficult find someone else and hung up the phone. We were not being doffing he told us 9am and then 10 minutes and we were trying to get an ETA as to when as my tenant has no heat or water with a little girl in the winter. Not professional at all.
