We changed our family of 3 to Dr. Otto Goyco's practice with our care being provided by Jocelyn,PA in May 2025. We are absolutely thrilled with the entire practice. The front desk ladies are kind and welcoming, the MA Jocelyn is exceptional, Jocelyn,PA is brilliant, kind, caring and thorough during our visits and physicals. After making an appointment with Dr.Gyco and telling the front office all my information, I got there today, 30 minutes before my appointment and filled out new patient information. I sat in the lobby and 3 minutes before my appointment time they called me up front and said “We are sorry Ms. Sexton but we don’t take your Cigna insurance.” I’m totally flabbergasted.
