Excellent & very professional all the service advisors specially appreciate my first point of contact service advisor Bill. And am sire all the technicians & staff are too. Am happy that my car is in best hands. I recently moved from Dallas & experienced the same quality of service maybe even better. Thank you. Ayesha
Very disappointed with my interaction at this Cadillac dealership. I spoke with a sales person named Sean. They were snarky between phone calls and texts, and refused to match a competitive offer on a new previous year model at the end of the month. Essentially, what they told me is that I was not worth their business and that they’d be better off selling the car at wholesale. If you’re trying to get the best bang for your buck, I highly advise not going here.
Possible bait and switch. Saw they had a CPO listed at $5k below market value. When I tried to go through the online buying, they immediately emailed me to say it had sold, while it is still available on their website.
