I enjoyed this experience. I ordered Cioppino, ahi tuna, bosco blu cocktail, and capri cocktail. The service was friendly and the food was great. I love the smokiness of the mahi in the main entree with the sauce and delicious bread. The bosco blu was my favorite cocktail of the night. I love ahi tuna and never thought to combine it with olives, that’s a brilliantly delicious idea. I do wish the cream underneath the ahi had a pinch of salt or something to take things to next level but overall everything was very good.
Decor is inviting, staff attentive. Pasta undercooked, had the spinach ravioli, lots of flavors competing, maybe focus on execution. Had the salted carmel gelato that was overly salty, even to a saltaholic!
I want to preface this by saying I ate at Otto and Blue shortly after being spoiled with food on a trip to Boston, where I enjoyed some of the best restaurants in the city. Otto and Blue did not miss a beat. From the moment we sat down, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel special. More importantly, the food was exceptional.
