I ordered a majito cocktail with tequila I could only taste club soda, I sent it back, I then asked for a silver tequila margarita , that to was not good. We ordered two pie and specifically look the waiter in the eyes and ask him to plz cook it extra crispy. When it came to the table it was undercooked, needless to say to say we’re not going back. We wanted to sit and eat a good pie, bad experience, back to the best pizza in town MAX&LEOS YEAH,

Great pizza but we were the only customers at the time and I had to go find the waitress to be able to pay my bill. Nice atmosphere

I ordered two pizzas to go. On one of them I requested that buffalo cauliflower be added. Got home and opened the pizza boxes and noted that the cauliflower was missing. Suggest you open the boxes and see if you got all the ingredients.

We keep returning to Otto’s because the ingredients are consistently varied and high-quality. However, the delivery experience has become a gamble. We’ve had orders left on the porch without a knock or bell, and our most recent order arrived on time but completely soggy and "flaccid." It clearly sat in a box for too long before leaving the kitchen. For a place with such great toppings, the lack of coordination between the kitchen and drivers is a real letdown.
