I ordered two pizzas to go. On one of them I requested that buffalo cauliflower be added. Got home and opened the pizza boxes and noted that the cauliflower was missing. Suggest you open the boxes and see if you got all the ingredients.

We keep returning to Otto’s because the ingredients are consistently varied and high-quality. However, the delivery experience has become a gamble. We’ve had orders left on the porch without a knock or bell, and our most recent order arrived on time but completely soggy and "flaccid." It clearly sat in a box for too long before leaving the kitchen. For a place with such great toppings, the lack of coordination between the kitchen and drivers is a real letdown. 630pm on a Friday night and the place was more than half empty. It took almost an hour for a kids pizza to arrive. It seems as though they forgot about the order. Definitely the worst otto pizza location I've been to.

The service here took a long time, they messed up the order, and the pizza was not great. For example, my son really disliked that the tomato was put on the top of the margerita pizza after cooking, and it was like eating raw tomatoes.
