Ordered pizza tonight 3/14 for our family at 5pm through the Ottos website for a 6pm delivery, 6:15pm no pizza, we call and a young woman tells us the pizza has just come out of the oven and it will be on the way soon. Ugh late, but ok….. we wait until 6:47 and call again and speak with the same person. Now she checks and says she’s spoken to her manager and there’s apparently a problem with their website so there’s no driver which means the pizza was NEVER coming and had been sitting there ALL along. I ordered on Doordash. The delivery said 40 minutes, but it took over an hour. the delivery driver got here in 5 minutes, but it was at the restaurant for 20 minutes before they handed it to the driver, and by the time my pizza got here it was cold. I ordered a cookie with my pizza, which they delivery driver said they never gave him, so I'm also out 4 bucks on something I never got.
