The pizza was very very good. Friendly waitress but forgot our aps and we had to ask. She did comp one so it was all good. I had a meatball sandwich here recently as well and I was happy it was good. I love a meatball sub and sadly no one in the seacoast area knows how to make a meatball and they're terrible so I make my own when I need a fix. They're not my meatballs but better at Otto then any other place in area. Cute inside. Excellent cookies for sale too.

I used to love being able to drop in quickly on a short work break to grab a slice, but I don't often go to Otto anymore in Exeter because now you are forced to sit down at a waited table and have a whole sit down meal, which I typically don't have enough time for. I miss being able to just grab a quick slice.

I ordered pizza from the Inn where I was staying. I got the roasted eggplant veg pizza. It was one of the better pizzas I’ve ever had. Super savory and fresh. The text communication was on point and the delivery came sooner than expected.

I'll start by saying the food was fine and our waitress was fine. My issue was the customer service. The weather was sunny and snow was melting and the roads, sidewalk, and floor were wet. I had a shopping bag from a local business and didn't want it on the floor so I figured setting it in a chair would be a rational move.
