Otto’s Pizza seemed like a solid choice based on the reviews, and I really wanted to leave a great review. Unfortunately, I can’t because my pizza arrived cold. About 16 minutes after placing my order, I received a text saying the kitchen had finished it. The problem is that it wasn’t delivered for nearly another 50 minutes, even though my hotel is only about a half mile from the restaurant. Good food amazing workers great place
Tonight I ordered pizza from delivery...normally it's delivered by the Saco store, but for some reason Uber went through your location....yuck!! It's the worst pizza I have ever gotten from otto's I counted 4 pieces of pineapple and the bacon bits were all group into clumps the crust was so dayuuuuuuuum thin it was equivalent to a toothpick, super dry. For the amount of money you charge for your pizza, can you please downsize and be the outstanding pizza place you once was??!!
