With a dedicated parking lot and plenty of seating, this location is a great alternative to food court dining, and a must for pre-movie or post-brewery noshing.

You all need to hire someone else to work the front end. The girl working up there did an amazing job and she needs help! She was inundated with tons of customers in person and running pizzas. People were waiting a long time to be helped. She barely could answer the phone. Get another person to help. I applaud the girl working. She kept calm and collected while she was doing her best trying to keep up with everything being throw her way with tasks.
This is on management entirely, not on the staff. Having one person in the entire restaurant taking orders, waiting tables and answering phones at the same time is kind of crazy. We decided to leave.
Have spent thousands at different Ottos locations over the years. Grew up near the first one, ate there on the first day they opened.. But damn this sopo location has gone downhill. Just spent 30$ on a pizza that had the worst cut job I’ve ever seen and looks like somebody took a bite out of it before giving it to me.. no DoorDash, I picked this up myself.. I never have issues at other Ottos locations but seen to have nothing but issues at this one.
Good pizza. Taste like NYC Pizza.
