Came here for a wedding. Natalia and James were very disappointed with the customer service regarding the food. When I asked the bride what she paid, it definitely wasn't worth it. I booked my venue here for $90; I wouldn't want my guests leaving hungry. At the start, the canapés were being given out to certain tables and not to everyone else. We had an amazing experience with Ottimo House for our wedding. The Rosewood Room was perfect. From the wooden walls, the view of the hills and the chandeliers. Well priced, amazing food and staff. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Excellent location for a wedding, we had our reception there on the 31st of May this year and it was universally acclaimed, by our family and friends. The surroundings were lovely and peaceful and made the atmosphere conducive to enjoyment. The staff were magnificent and the food excellent. It was also excellent value for money, compared to other venues which quoted us higher fees but did not have the amenities of Ottimo house.
