Beautiful venue staff helpful what let it down was the marquee was very hot although the weather outside was cool and also one of our guests fell down the outside steps which were slippery in the rain and the venue didn’t have a first aid officer, luckily one of our guests was a nurse who tended the person until a ambulance arrived. Otherwise a lovely venue

The event and the service I held in the Ottimo house was absolutely amazing! The venue was so beautiful; the service was honestly one of the best I have ever dealt with, everyone was so helpful, polite and just had great customer service! I could not fault anything! We will definitely be having more events there! Even all the guests said the same thing!

I had my wedding at Ottimo House and was so thoroughly impressed by their professionalism from beginning to end! Our Event Coordinator made the whole process so easy which was helpful in relieving the stress and allowing us to enjoy the day. Furthermore, the food was great and the service on the night was exceptional! I can’t say enough good things and I highly recommend this venue for any event!
