Young kid at front desk was so rude and ignorant for no reason i just walk in said hello no answer with stupid attitude and start pointing at wash out form I really need wash out badly so i just ignored him will never go back there

Be prepared. The old man will talk your ear off. A little blunt or rude call it what you will, but definitely without customer service skills. So, I took my trailer elsewhere.
