Communication throughout the entire process was wonderful and they worked very closely with us to design the best layout for our shower. Great company to work with.
Ordered a glass replacement 6 weeks ago and she told me it was a 6 week lead time and gave me a quote. 6 weeks to the day she called and said it was here and it was the same price. It is nice that with all the backordered products nowadays, they knew exactly when it would come and the price didn't change. Thank you for the good customer service.
