I contacted Ottertail Glass in July to have some work done. Was told that it woud be 3 weeks before they could get back to me . Was quite a bit longer and the repair was finally picked up Sept. 8th and was told it would be delivered by the 10th. Called Gretchen on the 11th to see why it had not been delivered and was told it would be delivered mid morning on the 12. Still has not shown up and message has not been returned.
Communication throughout the entire process was wonderful and they worked very closely with us to design the best layout for our shower. Great company to work with.
