Overall incredible experience. Literally the only downside was that the fan in the Bluebird Room was noisy and we couldn't sleep with it on. Otherwise, the room, service, and FOOD(!!!) were everything I could've hoped for. Cool wildlife sightings (so many birds!), great books in two separate library sections, great hike recommendations from Chef Amanda, and a nice hot tub. Would definitely be back!
We LOVED Otter’s Pond B&B! The owner, Amanda, is an incredible, gracious host. From the second we arrived until our departure, she was kindly communicative. The beautiful home she has created, where she welcomes guests, is outfitted with amenities that you would expect in a premier bed and breakfast. Room looked a lot different than in the pictures online. AC didn’t really work, and there was only cheap 1 ply toilet paper in our bathroom. We expected a lot better for the price we paid. We arrived Saturday night and were supposed to stay until Tuesday but we left early Sunday morning, and the owner was kind enough to refund us for the rest of the stay that we paid for. She was really nice when we left. But then we left a mediocre review of the place and then the owner tried to call us homophobic in order to get our review... read more
Otter’s Pond has by far been one of the best places we’ve stayed. Amanda’s hospitality and breakfast’s are a warm hug to the heart! We can’t wait to be back.
