The staff has been amazing from the moment my Aunt was sent there up to the present day. They are always available to answer questions and are very responsive to our concerns. The ADON/MDS nurse has been very helpful to my family, being available through the questionable times. This is a great place for a family to send their loved one. They truly cater to not only the resident but the family as well. Our family truly appreciates all they have done and continue to do for our Aunt.
My aunt is staying at this nursing facility, and after visiting, I feel so confident and at ease knowing she’s in such a wonderful place. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The whole facility is clean and inviting, with a warm, homey atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. My mother and mother in law both received excellent care. Staff was kind, caring, and compassionate. Otterbein Perrysburg is our first choice for care.
First I want to thank the staff at house 5 in perrysburg for taking such good care of Michael, All of the staff there are so kind and caring, made me feel better about leaving him there for Therapy. The small houses are very comfortable, almost like being at home.The Therapy Michael has received has been excellent! Thank you again Kathleen Vondrak
the staff for therapy and mental health are the best ever, they have completely changed my view on nursing home/rehab facilities
