Facility is very clean and efficient, staff is very kind, helpful and cheerful I would recommend
The staff is personable, everyone is very encouraging, they get to know you, you are not just a number. Facility is clean, hospitable and friendly
I wish i could give -10! This place is death trap! "Skilled nursing" is a total joke. Dont be fooled! My husband was not treated properly in this facility and past away with 3 weeks of being here. Thank god we got him out of the facility, so he could pass away at home on hospice with love around him. I would never recommend this facility to anyone that cares about their loved ones! Please please beware!
My father was a resident at Otterbein SeniorLife for approximately one year before he passed away. Many of the frontline aides and nurses are kind, compassionate, and doing their best under difficult staffing conditions. Several caregivers were excellent, and we thanked them personally for the dignity and care they showed my father. The community model itself has positives.
