If i could give this place -10 i would. This is NOT a SKILLED nursing facility. I wouldn't take my dog here after what we experienced. My father was here for 3 weeks after breaking his hip. When I visited this facility it seemed very nice but once you get into the guts of this place, its a complete disaster. The house i toured was not the house he was initially put in. The room smelled of urine no TV no phone nothing! He was moved to new house, the one I toured. The first 2 weeks they ran his sugars over 400 and they couldn'... read more

If I could choose zero stars, I would. My sister fell and broke her hip; she stayed at Grant Hospital for a week, then was transferred here for skilled nursing and rehabilitation. She was put in a memory care unit, no therapies at all, left in wet, filthy Depends for over 10 hours, no assistance to get to a bathroom. We are working to get her out of here! One nurse was assigned to 3 family units, not one nurse per area. It sounds good...but we haven't seen anything of the services that are advertised.

At first I thought this place was perfect for my grandmother. It was going okay, until I received a call that she "fell" and the hospital told me she had a dislocated shoulder, which she proceeded to tell me an aid pushed her and the doctor agreed there had to be force behind it for that much damage to happen. Nothing happened to the worker, but they moved her to a different house within the facility. Things just kept coming up, a cell phone mysteriously disappeared that we had just bought her so she could talk with us. Then... read more

Beautiful facility, but poor care of residents. Communication among staff is beyond terrible. There is nobody making sure that "orders" to the staff are being followed from shift-to-shift. No response to call button for help. My mother's biggest fear was being left - she gave up and died there - was only there 5 weeks.
