If there was an answer below one they deserve it. They don’t answer the phone. When they finally do they need to transfer you 4 times because nobody knows how to do anything.
Horrible service. Don’t answer the damn phone. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
Rude and useless
A tree branch landed on our Powerline. We tried calling through several phones, and we tried all the numbers. They hung up each time. Very unreliable.
A tree branch went down and is hanging between the power line and our house. We've tried both of Otter Tail's phone numbers, and everytime it seems like we're going to get an answer THEY HANG UP ON US
