Jennifer was so kind and helpful with helping me figure out my bill.
Absolute garbage dumpster fire of a company. I had Cass County Electric for 3 years, not a single outage. I’ve had 4 outages in the 2 months I’ve had OtterFail and 3 have been while it’s calm weather outside. The power blips damaged a part in my fridge and the company would not reimburse for even a partial coverage of the cost of the part.
Very helpful and friendly
Poor customer service and my monthly bill is all over the place.
