Constant outages. And living in 2026 you would think that wouldn’t be a problem. Constant outages are causing tons of products to go to waste. May have to move away from the area to save the set back of inventory loss. Don’t move to Fergus Falls MN! It’s the only power company here and there is always a problem !
For 17 years my power was supplied by Cass County Electric. During that period I lost power on three occasions and one of those times was due to an ice storm. I'm on Ottertail Power now and have lost power more times in the last 8 months than I did in 17 years.
Constant outages. And the RUDEST customer service. One of their representatives literally told me “you’ll wait for us to fix an outage and there’s nothing you can do about it because where else are you going to go for power sir?” Well, sir, the answer is I just spent 30k on a full solar battery and diesel generator set up for an off grid application. That’s where I’m gonna go. And I would suggest that you guys make some corrections pretty soon before other people come to the same conclusion and you go into a utility spiral.
To many Outages in bad or good weather. They call back 30 mins later to say they'll send someone out after I reported it. Response time slow! How about replacing bad wiring or something! Why do I always need to think ahead, what do I need if the power goes out! It sucks!! Alittle rain n wind, thats all it was. And why is it affecting only one block?
