Constant outages. And the RUDEST customer service. One of their representatives literally told me “you’ll wait for us to fix an outage and there’s nothing you can do about it because where else are you going to go for power sir?” Well, sir, the answer is I just spent 30k on a full solar battery and diesel generator set up for an off grid application. That’s where I’m gonna go. And I would suggest that you guys make some corrections pretty soon before other people come to the same conclusion and you go into a utility spiral.
To many Outages in bad or good weather. They call back 30 mins later to say they'll send someone out after I reported it. Response time slow! How about replacing bad wiring or something! Why do I always need to think ahead, what do I need if the power goes out! It sucks!! Alittle rain n wind, thats all it was. And why is it affecting only one block?

Absolute garbage dumpster fire of a company. I had Cass County Electric for 3 years, not a single outage. I’ve had 4 outages in the 2 months I’ve had OtterFail and 3 have been while it’s calm weather outside. The power blips damaged a part in my fridge and the company would not reimburse for even a partial coverage of the cost of the part.
