Being now that I am a out of towner, but formally a Burlington guy. I chose to deal with the Otters for my business. I am in the Richmon/ Whitewater area now and do have a Cub Cadet dealer in the area. would take my equipment to them for service but was never satisfied with it. I found myself hauling back to Burlington for service. Thank you, Kurt, Brad and staff!!
RecommendedI have to say, this place truly is GREAT! After a few years dealing with a different well-known local service company, and knowing full well they would rather have talked to my husband about my Scag mower (because they actually told me to have my husband call so they could explain a repair to him - wtf), a friend recommended Otter and it’s been a complete game changer! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!! Worst experience, we traded in two lawnmowers and purchased a "great" used lawnmower. The deck broke the first time using and had a LARGE hole in gas tank would not hold more than a 1/2 gallon. Asked for replacement part for deck and wheel, they took a part from different mower that doesn't fit ours and we had them come pick-it up to service and they left the broken deck and wheel so now a month later we still are no where with them.
Wanted to thank all the folks at Otter. I blew up my 20 year old riding lawn mower last weekend. After calling 5 other retailers in the area who were all out of stock, The guys at Otter searched out the model I was looking for and picked it up for me from Illinois that morning. I was home mowing my lawn that night! It was well worth the drive from Brookfield to Burlington for such great service. Thank you again!
