Was such a nice clinic while Eric was there. New vet and staff are very unpleasant and unhelpful. Changing to different vet that puts pets in front of money
Erik was an amazing vet. I wish I could say the same about this new ownership. It seems that a corporate greed has now taken over. After ten years I will not be returning to Otter Point.
