Having moved to Sooke from Central Saanich, with at that time 3 dogs, my wife and I have had two instances where urgent help was needed and both times Otter Point Vet Hospital and their staff came through in flying colours, were other Vet offices failed miserable. One time where we made the hard decision that it was time to have one of our dogs put down, one office, Saseenos, said, 'We are really busy. We could fit him in a WEEK!'. Was such a nice clinic while Eric was there. New vet and staff are very unpleasant and unhelpful. Changing to different vet that puts pets in front of money Hopefully the new vet can go through some of these reviews and realize how amazing it used to be and how she has totally ran it into the gutter. Poor attitude. Poor people skills. So sad that she gets to keep the otter point veterinarian hospital name when she had nothing to do with it being such a great place and only has to do with its demise

When I called to book the appointment, I mentioned that my cat can be quite unpredictable during visits and asked that a note be made. I truly appreciated how that was taken seriously.
