We will never use anyone else but Luke Otter at Otter Plumbing! We had a major Well issue at our home and he took care of everything! Luke even recommended a submersible-type pump, which we never heard of since we're new to having a well for water. This was not only a better way to get the water into our house (much quieter inside the house since the pump is literally underground), it is accessible through a pipe, which is now above ground. Cannot say enough good things about Luke. We had an issue with our hot water at a summer cottage, and for a small area we were blown away by how responsive he was - attending the same day we called! Luke provided an excellent explanation and analysis of the possible problems, confirmed the issue, and then was back next day with the part and repair complete. Also really helpful with a few other general questions we had, and proposed a few different options. Excellent service and price, and highly recommended.
Luke came out at short notice to repair a leaking pipe and did a great job, we have booked him to do more installations work. Very good service.
